Preparatory

First, take a deep breath from the nose, intending to let the air flow down through Ren Mai to Yu Dantian (about an inch and a half below the umbilicus), then through the foot three yin channel to Yongquan acupoint, then up through the foot three Yang channel, through the Du Mai channel to Baihui acupoint, and run for a week. Note: repeat the preparatory formula for each step below.

Step

1.It is intended that the air flow from Baihui Point to Yintang point, and then press Yintang point with left (or right) index finger, knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. I can imagine that when I go to the wild, I see a group of birds in the sky. I try my best to figure out how many birds there are, what color, how big they are, where they have gone, etc. I mean 2-3 minutes.

2.It is intended that the air flow from Baihui Point to Jingming point, and then press and hold Jingming point with the index finger of both hands. First, knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. I want to go out for a walk and see a row of trees on the side of the road. I try my best to see what trees they are, count how many trees they are, how big they are, what shape the branches are, what shape the leaves are, and so on. Think 2-3 minutes.

3.It is intended that the air flow from Baihui Point to Sibai point, and then press Sibai point with the index finger of both hands. First, knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. I can imagine walking to the street and seeing a tall building. I try my best to figure out how many floors there are, how many windows there are on each floor, how big each window is, what color the glass is, and so on. I mean 2-3 minutes.

4.It is intended that the air flow from Baihui Point to Yuyao point, and then press and hold Yuyao point with both hands’ index fingers. First, knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. You can imagine that you are on a business trip, sitting in a car or boat, and you can see the beautiful scenery outside through the window glass, such as overlapping mountains, surrounded by clouds, lush trees, flying bees and butterflies in the fields, golden wheat waves, rippling lakes, singing fishing boats, etc. Think 2-3 minutes.

5.I want the air flow from Baihui Point to the temple, and then press the temple with my index finger. First, I knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then I knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. I can imagine that I am watching a football match, I try my best to see what brand of clothes the players wear, from whom the football flies, to whom, and then to where and so on. Think 2-3 minutes.

6.It is intended that the air flow from Baihui Point to Chengwei point, and then press Chengwei point with the index finger of both hands. First, knead it smoothly for 20 times, and then knead it reversely for 20 times. Hold the acupoint, breathe naturally and start thinking. You can imagine that you are standing on a high hillside, looking around and seeing all the sceneries in all directions. Or think of sitting in the classroom and being able to see the words and pictures written by the teacher on the blackboard. Think 2-3 minutes.

Retraction

After pressing and rubbing six acupoints, repeat the preparation, press and hold Baihui acupoint with the index finger of the right hand, knead it smoothly for 20 times, then knead it reversely for 20 times, and open your eyes after 2 minutes of rest.

Be careful

  1. This skill massages six acupoints in total, and it is a course of treatment after finishing six acupoints;
  2. Inhale deep and strong, exhale soft and slender;
  3. You can associate whatever you want with your eyes;
  4. Practice once a day in the morning, in the middle and in the evening.

Effect

Regular practice of this skill can cure pseudomyopia and prevent true myopia; normal vision practice can eliminate eye fatigue and prevent pseudomyopia; regular practice of this skill can also cultivate imagination, enhance memory and make spirit highly concentrated. If you can learn Qigong and use internal Qi to circulate on the day of the week, the effect will be better. Of course, in daily life, friends should keep correct reading and writing posture, and form good eye hygiene habits. In particular, it is necessary to supplement some chromium rich foods, such as animal liver, lean meat, egg yolk, etc.

Principle

There are two oblique muscles in the eyes. They pull the lens with a certain tension, and the tension of the two oblique muscles in the eyes with normal vision is equal. When the eyes are over tired, it is easy to cause unequal tension between the left and right oblique muscles, resulting in lens deflection or deformation, resulting in myopia or hyperopia. The main function of this method is to restore the tension of the left and right oblique muscles in the eye, and change the blood osmotic pressure in the eye capillaries, so as to prevent myopia or hyperopia caused by lens deflection, bulging (or concave).
