Training at home keeps children away from myopia

Therefore, increasing the training of regulation can prevent myopia effectively. C. repeat 3-4 times, move the green ball closer to 5cm, keep the red ball distance unchanged, and repeat the above actions 10 times.

D. continue to move close to the green ball, 5 cm each time

E. after each movement, perform 10 convergence and dispersion movements

F. until the green ball is 2.5 cm in front of the tip of the nose.
